Elliot H. Clark, Chief Executive Officer

Elliot Clark is the Chairman and CEO of SharedXpertise Media, LLC which he founded in 2006. Elliot oversees company management and the publication of prestigious magazines, summits and forum management covering the human resources, financial management and corporate responsibility functions. Elliot writes a column for each magazine issue with commentary on newsworthy events and speaks at events internationally on related topics.

Elliot has had a long and distinguished career in the Business Process Outsourcing industry. Prior to SharedXpertise, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Kenexa Corporation (Nasdaq KNXA), a leading provider of HR software and services. Elliot worked at Kenexa from 1991 until 2006 and was instrumental in growing the company from 12 to 1200 employees. He oversaw corporate operations and directly managed the RPO division. He led the Kenexa team to be named the top provider in Recruitment Process Outsourcing by multiple industry analysts and publications. As a key member of the executive team, he was deeply involved in 15 acquisitions, 3 private equity financings and an IPO. He served on the Board of Directors of Kenexa from 1997 until 2006.

 

Elliot also had a distinguished career in the Executive Search industry, completing numerous senior executive assignments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, and was active in the leadership of the largest pharmaceutical affinity association in the world, the Drug Information Association, serving on the Steering Committee of North America from 1994 to 1997.

 

Elliot is a graduate of the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce of the University of Pennsylvania earning a B.S. Economics in 1983 where he majored in Human Resources. He also served on the National Board of Directors of the Wharton Alumni Association from 1997 to 1998. Elliot also serves on the Board of Directors of the Ehlers Danlos National Foundation.

Jay Whitehead, President & Publisher

Jay founded the company's original and current content, content and communities businesses in HR, CRO and FAO.  Since 1982, Jay has led media companies in seven domains: venture capital, law, human resources, finance and accounting, investor relations, personal computing and corporate responsibility.  Titles include PC Magazine, CRN, UPSIDE, Research, The Daily Journal, California Republic, HRO Today, HRO Europe, FAO Today and CRO Magazine.  Jay's experience extends to broadcast at KTTV in Los Angeles, PBS-TV (NJN), Business America Radio and guest slots on CNBC's On The Money.  in addition, Jay  founded pioneering business services company EmployeeService.com, has raised $100 million in private equity for various enterprises, and serves on boards of directors including Rideau Recognition.  Jay holds a BA in History from UCLA and a Strategic Finance certificate from the Harvard Business School.  A dual US-French citizen, Jay is married, has 3 children and lives in New Jersey.

Richard CrespinPresident, Member Services, Richard Crespin 

Throughout his career, Richard has helped client organizations improve the way they interact with customers and the market to increase profitability, customers loyalty and sales. As a CEO of The Delve Group, Richard has consulted to organizations in the public and private sectors. His experience is now available to SharedXpertise as he helps driving the organization to an unrivalled level of service and high quality of content. Richard is based in Washington, DC.

 

Faye HollandManaging Director – Europe, Faye Holland 

Faye is the European Managing Director of SharedXpertise responsible for all Forum and Summit programming, management and sales activities. She also serves as the Executive Director for the HROA’s European Chapter and is based in the UK. Faye has a broad experience in management, marketing, business development and sales and is tasked with expanding the scope and reach of the European operations. Previously, Faye spent 8 years at IBM and was involved in a range of projects relating to emerging markets in Europe and across the globe, including responsibility for Marketing and Communications of IBM’s Managed Business Process Services business in Europe. Prior to IBM, Faye held senior marketing positions at the Internet Service Provider, UUNET.



Vice President & Editorial Director, Dirk Olin 

Dirk serves as editor-in-chief of all the company’s content businesses.  Dirk is an internationally-recognized journalist and editorial leader who over three decades has served as National Editor of The American Lawyer, Editor of California Lawyer and The Daily Journal, reporter at The New Republic, book editor of Congressional Quarterly and columnist for the New York Times, Newsweek.com, Washington Post and Wall Street Journal, and broadcast contributor at KQED-TV.  Immediately prior to joining SharedXpertise, Dirk since 2005 served as Founding Director of the Institute for Judicial Studies and Editor of JudicialReports.com in New York City. Olin holds a MA in Journalism from the Medill School at Northwestern University and a BA in Literature from Dartmouth College.  Dirk is married, has 2 children and lives in New Jersey.

Managing Publisher, Gale Tedeschi 

In February 2003, Gale joined the SharedXpertise team as the Director of Sales. Her advertising sales experience spans 20 years, including time spent at International Data Group (IDG) Publications, where her responsibilities included maintaining and providing exceptional service to an existing sales territory and prospecting for new business. She most recently worked at CIO Magazine, before making the switch from technology magazines to outsourcing publications. At IDG, Gale worked on Computerworld, Macworld, and Publish.

Marketing and Operations Director, Anne-Sophie Ribault 

Prior to The CRO, Anne-Sophie played a similar role at Outsourcing Today LLC, publishers of HRO Today, HRO Europe and FAO Today magazines. Prior to Outsourcing Today, Anne-Sophie was the Marketing Director at pioneering internet HRO firm, EmployeeService.com. Before joining EmployeeService, she was a Bank-Marketing Manager at Sumitomo Bank and California Bank & Trust in San Francisco. Prior to her time spent in banking, Anne-Sophie was the San Francisco-based General Manager of international special-interest magazine publisher Winning International--publishers of sports and entertainment titles including Premiere Magazine, Triathlete Magazine, and Winning Bicycle Racing. A native of France, Anne-Sophie earned a Masters in Business Administration from Catholic University of Leuven in Brussels, Belgium, and a Bachelors degree in International Business Management from ICN in Nancy, France.

Adam BleifeldExecutive Director Sales, Adam Bleifeld

Adam brings a wealth of client service experience to his role as Director of Forums and Events for SharedXpertise. He also has the title of Executive Director for the HROA in the United States. He comes to this job with member satisfaction as his primary goal. He works with all SharedXpertise member organizations to ensure that they are getting the most out of their membership investment while continually looking to improve product and service offerings. He lives in New York and is the main contact for SharedXpertise in the United States.

Executive Director Membership, Vince Albergato

Vince is currently responsible for membership development, client management and partnership programs for the SharedXpertise communities in Corporate Responsibility, Financial Management and Human Resources. He currently supports customers in their efforts to develop brand, external communications, and building peer and customer forums.

Prior to joining SharedXpertise, Vince spent 15 years with Kenexa a leading provider of global talent management services. Vince was a Principal with the organization focusing on business development and client management services for mid to large market customers.

 

Managing & Online Editor, Debbie Bolla

Before joining SharedXpertise in January 2009, editor Debbie Bolla managed three health and lifestyle titles that highlighted New York and New Jersey counties. Prior to that, she covered everything interior design as an associate editor for the regional publication New York Spaces and as a freelance writer for Chicago-based Interiors magazine.
